MARC-ANDRÉ PAQUIN

Marc-André Paquin was admitted to the Québec Bar in 1978 after graduating from Sherbrooke University in 1977. He then joined his father’s law practice in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. The firm eventually established an office in Saint-Jovite. It was, at the time, the only law office in that town and for many other towns in the vicinity.

A perennial learner, Marc-André Paquin completed a MBA (finances) in 1987 at H.E.C. Montreal, as well as a degree in taxation (D. Fisc) from Sherbrooke University at Longueuil in 2010. A Forestry technician diploma from Algonquin College in Pembrooke (Ontario) was also completed in 2001.

Beside practising law at various stages of his career, Marc-André Paquin has been an entrepreneur, an investment manager, a corporate finance specialist, and among other endeavours, a forestry worker.

Marc-André grew up in Saint-Jovite Station, he enjoys outdoor activities, and keeping in good physical shape.
